Charles II Place-I

The house down Charles Place was a delightful project to work on. The house started off in a disarray and muddle but turned out glorious and homey! Keeping it simple on the décor and colors, made the space a lot more comfortable to work with.

First breaking down the wall which was the partition between the living room and dinning room made the space a lot more bigger. The bright tangy yellow walls were one of the many things on the list that had to be changed; new carved in windows to the kitchen walls and french doors to the lawn behind the kitchen were added to the plan.

The house has new vents, windows, fire detectors and spot lights installed. The living room now has a creamy white colour and the linen is in shades of olive and a light ochre. Opening up the space between the living and dinning room added a lot more area for a seven seating table, the beautiful dark wood oval table builds volume to the space. The dinning area is under the bright skies all day and dark starry nights as now above the table is a skylight ceiling. The kitchen is well equipped with a four hob stove and an oven, ventilation shaft and a stainless steel kitchen sink. Many kitchen cabinets and drawers are fixed in for storage.

The bathrooms have new fixtures and floral tiles which adds a modish touch. In the bedroom the walls and linen is in floral prints in blue and grey shades, the head of the bed has a cushion head board, and plush mattresses.
